Unplug from technology

Constant exposure to digital devices can overwhelm the mind with information overload and rob us of our precious time for self-reflection. Take regular breaks from technology by practicing digital detoxes. Have a phone-free night

Instead of keeping your phone nearby at all times, which is so often the case in the world we live in, why not have a night away from it. Put the phone on silence and leave it in a different room while you spend time with friends, family or loved ones.


Practice mindfulness and meditation
